please confirm that you are 18+ years of age and understand that failure to present a valid form of I.D. will mean that your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled and you will lose your deposit.

a deposit of $100 will be due at the time of booking. this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE but does go toward the final tattoo.

if you have to reschedule twice, you will be required to pay a separate deposit to secure a new appointment day and time. this deposit is also subtracted from the total cost of your tattoo! please note that if you reschedule a third time, there will be a $100 fee.

if you need to reschedule, please make sure to do so at least ONE week before your appointment. cancelling your appointment within 48-24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 25% fee, that must be payed to reschedule the appointment. cancelling within 24 hours will result in a 50% fee. this will not go toward the total cost of the tattoo, as it is just a fee due to late notice.
