  • Welcome to Sip & Savor! We are so glad that you're considering joining us for Abilene's newest festival, happening Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 12:00-4:00 PM.

    Before you get started, be sure you're filling out the correct application. Please review the two options below. 

    Market Vendor Application
    This application is intended for all non-food vendors, including cottage food vendors, artisans, makers, boutiques, and other retail or promotional vendors.
    Fee: $85 per Booth
    Includes: 10x10 High Peak tent, one 6-ft table, table linen, and two chairs
    *Please note: Booth fees are not due at the time of application. If your application is approved, we will contact you with next steps.

    Food Partner Application
    This application is for restaurants, food trucks, food-based companies that will provide food samples and collect tokens from attendees. A valid health permit will be required for all Food Partners.
    Fee: $350 per Booth
    Includes: 20x20 space with a 10x10 high peak tent, two 6-ft tables, table linens, 2 chairs, token collection jar, and signage.
    *Please note: Booth fees are not due at the time of application. If your application is approved, we will contact you with next steps.

    This application is for market vendors (non-food vendors) planning to participate in the Sip & Savor event in Abilene, Texas. Vendor Arrival Packets will be sent out approximately 2 months prior to the event date.


    Permits
    Market vendors are responsible for complying with any state and local requirements regarding the sale of goods or services. Vendors selling taxable goods must hold a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit and display it at their booth upon request.

    Electricity & Equipment
    Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and extension cords. If electricity is required, vendors must request it in advance. Access to electricity is limited and not guaranteed.

    Load-In / Load-Out
    Detailed instructions regarding load-in and load-out procedures will be included in the Market Vendor Arrival Packet. Vendors must adhere to the designated set-up and teardown windows. Late arrivals may be denied entry and will forfeit all fees.

    Booth Appearance
    All booths must be neat, professional, and in good taste. Signage should be clearly visible and appropriate for a family-friendly audience. Any booth deemed inappropriate by the Festival Director may be removed without refund.

    Sales Restrictions
    Vendors may not sell any food or beverage items unless otherwise approved in writing by the Festival Director. The sale of alcohol, tobacco, or other regulated items is strictly prohibited.

    Fire Safety
    Vendors using heat sources, candles, or other flammable items must comply with all local fire safety regulations. Fire extinguishers are required at all booths with heat sources.

    Insurance
    Vendors may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance naming the Sip & Savor Event, Festival Director, and the Taylor County Expo Center as additional insured. If required, vendors will be notified prior to the event.

    Code of Conduct
    All vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment of staff, attendees, or other vendors will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

    Trash & Clean-Up
    Each vendor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their booth area throughout the event and for leaving their space clean at teardown. All trash must be disposed of in designated receptacles. Vendors who fail to clean their space may be charged a $100 cleaning fee.

    Event Duration
    Market vendors are required to remain set up and in place for the duration of the event to provide a consistent, high-quality experience for attendees.

    Weather & Refunds
    Sip & Savor is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued. No exceptions.

    Force Majeure
    In the event that the Sip & Savor Festival is postponed or canceled due to acts of God, natural disasters, government orders, or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, no refunds will be issued.

    Final Acknowledgements
    All vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and staff waive and release the Sip & Savor Festival Director, event venue, city government agencies, affiliated sponsors and vendors, their representatives, and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of participation in this event, even if caused by negligence or carelessness on the part of those named in this waiver.

    I understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, my booth space may be changed. I authorize the Sip & Savor Event Director to photograph or video me and my property in connection with this event and to use such materials for all marketing and advertising purposes, including web content, print ads, and social media marketing.

    I understand that this application does not guarantee vendor space and that only payment of the vendor invoice will confirm my booth. Without payment, no booth space will be provided. The digital signature on this application constitutes a fully enforceable agreement to the terms listed herein once payment is received.

    This application is for food partners that are planning to partner with us for the Sip & Savor event in Abilene, Texas. Food Partner Arrival Packets will be sent out approximately 2 months prior to the event date.

    Permits
    Food Partners and Food Vendors, who do not fall under the Texas Cottage Laws, must submit an application and obtain a temporary health permit from the City of Abilene. Health permits are due no later than 30 days prior to the event start date. Our team will send food vendors the application and help walk through the process. Failure to obtain a health permit will result in loss of paid vendor fees and will prohibit vendor from entering the event grounds. 

    Electrcity & Equipment

    Sales & Sampling Rules
    Vendors must comply with all applicable city, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and sales tax. Vendors must provide samples in accordance with festival guidelines, which will be outlined in the Vendor Packet.

    Vendors using open flames, fryers, or propane must comply with all local fire safety regulations. Fire extinguishers are required at all booths using heat sources.


    Insurance
    Vendors will be required to provide proof of general liability insurance naming the Sip & Savor Event, Festival Director, and the Taylor County Expo Center as additional insured.

    Grease & Trash
    Food vendors are prohibited from dumping grease on-site. Food vendors must agree to transport and remove all grease and other food-related waste to a location approved by the City of Abilene. Please contact the Health Department for more questions. All vendors are responsible for cleaning their own immediate space at the conclusion of the event. All liquid or solid waste must be disposed of properly. Violation of this policy may result in a $250 fine.

I understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, my booth space may be changed. I authorize Sip & Savor's Event Director to photograph or take video footage of me and my property in connection with the event selected in this application. I authorize the use of any such photographic and video footage of me for all marketing and advertising purposes including, but not limited to, the following mediums: Web content, print ads, social media marketing, etc. I understand that this application does not constitute confirmation of vendor space and that only payment of a vendor invoice may confirm booth space. Without receipt of payment, no booth space will be provided to me. .The digital signature of this application constitutes a fully enforceable agreement to the terms listed hereof once payment is received. Vendors will be confirmed once payment is received.
