I agree that, if I am selected as a state or regional titleholder, that for one year from the day of the selection, my professional affairs as said titleholder shall be under the sole and complete management of North America Beauty Pageant. or third party representation company they select and that I will not give any written or verbal endorsement of any mercantile commodity or commercial or charitable organization without obtaining specific written authority from North America Beauty Pageant.

I attest that all information which I have and will submit is true and accurate. I understand that falsification of information will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all prizes won to me.

I agree to display good sportsmanship at all times. I understand that engaging in slanderous or libelous behavior, including but not limited to posting negative or inflammatory messages to the internet, harassing judges, contestants or staff in person, via telephone, mail, or email constitutes poor sportsmanship & may result in disqualification at the discretion of North America Beauty Pageant.

I give North America Beauty Pageant. permission to use my name, photo, likeness, voice & biographical information for purposes of publicity, advertising, and promotion in print, radio, video, on the North America Beauty Pageant owned websites, and in any other media and for purposes of producing promotional merchandise, including but not limited to clothing (e.g., t-shirts), posters, and other products. I understand that I am not entitled to any compensation from the sale of such products.

I understand and accept that North America Beauty Pageant. will appoint judges for all titles. I understand that the decision of the judges is final and non-contestable.

I understand that the pageant is a self-supporting event and that all fees paid are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstance. This includes entry fees, ticket sales, ad sales, and any other fees paid with the exception of cancellation of the pageant.

I understand and agree that: a.) North America Beauty Pageant, it’s officers, employees, and pageant personnel are not responsible for accidents, injury or theft incurred at the time of the pageant or travel to and from. b.) North America Beauty Pageant, are not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of pageant sponsors, judges, or contract vendors who may be providing products or services to delegates at a North America Beauty Pageant. c.) North America Beauty Pageant is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host venue. I HEREBY RELEASE, UNCONDITIONALLY AND FOREVER, ANY CLAIM AGAINST BBB PAGEANT PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND AFFILIATED OR RELATED COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY’S FEES) ARISING OUT OF, RESULTING FROM, OR BY REASON OF, MY PARTICIPATION IN OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PAGEANT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY TRAVEL WE UNDERTAKE IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PAGEANT AND EXPLOITATION OF THE PAGEANT, OF MY APPEARANCE IN THE PAGEANT, OR ANY USE OF ANY PRIZE OR GIFT AWARDED TO ME IN CONNECTION WITH THE PAGEANT. THIS RELEASE SPECIFICALLY INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE ACTIONS OF ANOTHER CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY AT ANY TIME.
