The 2025 Yavapai County COAD Preparedness Expo will take place on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Cliff Castle Casino Hotel, located at 555 W Middle Verde Rd, Camp Verde, AZ.

This free, family-friendly event brings together local organizations, emergency responders, nonprofits, and businesses to share resources, promote preparedness, and strengthen community resilience.

Media Release Consent: By participating in the 2025 Yavapai County COAD Preparedness Expo, you grant permission to Yavapai County COAD (Community Organizations Active in Disaster) and YCOEM (Yavapai County Office of Emergency Management) to photograph, record, or capture video of your booth, activities, staff, and materials during the event. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, and informational purposes in print, online, or social media platforms. Do you consent to the use of photos or video taken of your booth and representatives during the event for promotional purposes by Yavapai County COAD? (Note: If “No” is selected, we will do our best to honor your request and avoid use of identifiable images.)
