Administrative or filing fees imposed by state agencies (such as court or solicitor offices) are non-negotiable and subject to changed based on agency rules and statutory updates. These are separate from ASTL contributions and must be paid directly or reimbursed to ASTL upon invoice. 

Expungement (General Sessions / Circuit Court):

• $250.00 Solicitor's Office Fee
• $25.00 SLED Verification Fee (Plus $1.00 service fee for debit/credit cards)
• $35.00 Clerk of Court Fee

Pardon (SCDPPPS):

• $100.00 Non-refundable Application Fee

SECTION 8: RESTITUTION & SUPERVISION CONDITIONS

All court-ordered restitution and supervision fees must be fully paid prior to expungement or pardon filing. ASTL cannot proceed with submission assistance  if financial obligations remain unresolved. 

SECTION 9: SERVICES TIERS & PRICING (Prices vary on complexity of case and is case-by-case)

All tiers offered by ASTL do not include government filing fees. Clients are responsible for paying fees directly.

Note: Fees may be waived for dismissed charges. Clients are responsible for paying all state and local government fees directly. These are separate from ASTL service contributions.

SECTION 10: REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Clients must notify ASTL by phone within 48 to 72 hours if you wish to cancel services. Texts or emails are not accepted as a formal notice.
• Upon Cancellation within this period, only 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
• No refunds will be issued after 72 hours or once services work has commenced. 

SECTION 11: CHARGEBACKS

If client disputes a charge (initiate a chargeback) without consulting ASTL, service(s) will be terminated immediately. Written confirmation or termination will be emailed and mailed to the client.

Pursuant to the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. §1681), South Carolina Code of Laws, and applicable privacy laws, ASTL Advocavy Recidivism Prevention Services ("ASTL") may request and obtain a criminal background report on you. This report may include information obtained from public record sources such as law enforcement agencies, courts, or consumer reporting agencies. 

The purpose of obtaining this report is solely to evaluate your eligibility for assistance with expungement and/or pardon services. ASTL is not a law firm and does not provide legal respresentation. 

This report may contain information related to:

• Criminal charges and convictions
• Arrest records
• Dispositions
• Pending cases or warrants 
• Court docket information

ASTL will maintain the confidentiality of your report in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

2. AUTHORIZATION

I, the undersigned, hereby authorized ASTL Advocacy Recidivism Prevention Services, it's employees, agents, and representatives to obtain and review my criminal background report for the purpose described above.

I understand the following:

• This authorization is voluntary, but refusal may limit ASTL's ability to assist with my case.
• I have the right to request a copy of any background report obtained on me.
• I may dispute any inaccurate or incomplete information found in the report by contacting the agency that supplied it.
