✨ Complimentary Re-Weld Policy
If your jewelry breaks or detaches within 7 days of your appointment and the original chain is still intact, YuYori will gladly re-weld it at no cost.

If the original chain or charm is lost or damaged beyond reuse, a new piece will need to be purchased at regular pricing.

After 7 days, a $25 re-weld fee will apply.
Mobile Service Acknowledgement

By booking a mobile appointment, I confirm that I am voluntarily inviting the artist into my space and will ensure a safe, clean, and well-lit environment for the service. I understand that the artist is not liable for issues caused by pets, children, furniture, or other environmental factors in my location.
By signing this form, I acknowledge that YuYori is not liable for any medical conditions, skin reactions, loss, damage, or injury that may arise from services or materials. Permanent jewelry involves welding with a precision welder — by booking, I acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility. I understand that I am participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any outcomes related to this experience.

📌 General Policies
- All jewelry is final sale — no refunds or exchanges.
- No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will forfeit the deposit.
- Appointments must begin on time. If we have to begin more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
- All guests must complete and sign a digital waiver before receiving any permanent jewelry service, which will be sent via text or email after booking.
- For mobile appointments, clients are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and well-lit space. YuYori is not liable for conditions present at the appointment location.
- Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will sign the waiver.
- Tarnishing due to normal wear, exposure to moisture, or contact with lotions/perfume is not considered a defect and is not covered for refund or exchange.
💥 Re-Weld Policy
- Complimentary re-weld within 7 days of your appointment and if the original chain is still intact.
- After 7 days, a $25 re-weld fee applies.
- If the chain or charm is lost or damaged beyond reuse, a replacement must be purchased at regular price.
✂️ Rework Services
- Reworking fees start at $35 for shortening or lengthening an existing piece.
- Add-on inches: +$10/inch (Sterling Silver), +$15/inch (Gold-Filled).
- Pricing may increase based on materials, time, and complexity.
- Reworking services may involve cutting, resizing, and additional welding, which may affect the look or feel of the original piece.
Note on Re-sizing:
If you're adding a small amount of length (like a link or two), pricing will be rounded up to the nearest inch to account for materials and re-welding time.

🧷Clasp Option
- For those who prefer a non-permanent option, we offer clasps for an additional fee.
Please note:
Clasped pieces are not eligible for complimentary re-welds and may require a new appointment for adjustments.

💍 Add-On Policy
- Charms: $15–$25
- Connectors: $20–$30
- Clasps: $15
- Custom requests welcome — pricing quoted upon inquiry.
👶 Children’s Jewelry
- Mini Sparkles (Ages 1–5): Offered on a case-by-case basis for bracelets and anklets only. No charms or connectors are applied to toddler pieces for safety reasons. Necklaces are not available for this age group.
- Kids Jewelry (Ages 6–12): Bracelets, anklets, and necklaces are available depending on fit and comfort. Charms and connectors may be added at regular pricing.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, and must be able to remain still for safe welding.
- All services are at artist’s discretion based on comfort, safety, and fit.
👩‍👧 Guardian Requirements
- Guests under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian
- Guests under 13 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the appointment
🧼 Jewelry Care
- Avoid harsh chemicals, chlorine, lotions, or perfumes to preserve the finish.
- Clean with mild soap and water; polish gently with a soft cloth.
- If you experience a green tint or skin reaction, discontinue use and contact us.
🛫 Travel Notice
- All YuYori jewelry is TSA-friendly and does not need to be removed for airport security.
💳 Payments
- Accepted: Card, Venmo, and Zelle
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure individual appointments. This deposit will be credited toward your total on the day of your service.
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure event bookings.
🧾 Receipts & Records
- Clients may request a digital receipt via email upon request.
🎀 Gift Cards
- YuYori gift cards are valid toward any permanent jewelry service or add-on, including bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and charms.
- Gift cards may be applied toward your total at your appointment but cannot be used as deposits.
- Value does not expire.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
