Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS)

Sign up for clinical training sessions on point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) techniques! Registrants will complete on-line tutorials prior to the conference, and then attend hands-on training sessions on Friday afternoon, Nov. 9th, to earn CME.

Academic Abstract & Poster Session

Ideal showcase for your academic excellence! Abstracts will be peer-reviewed for poster presentation, and the top 3 abstracts will be selected for oral presentations. Artists may also upload artwork for display.

Khidmat Shark Tank Competition

Get ready to unleash your imagination at the SBMAA Shark Tank Showdown! We’re looking for teams of 5-6 people to propose bold, innovative ideas that will uplift our jamaats through impactful medical initiatives. A Grand Prize of $5,000 in funding awaits the first-place team to kickstart your initiative!

Hiking Outing - Point Dume, Malibu

Join us on a hike & beach outing on Sunday afternoon (9th November) after the conference! Bus will depart 1:30 PM from hotel and return after Maghrib. This is a family-friendly outing so small children are welcome.

Guests attending the Saturday night Banquet
Specify additional persons, NOT including yourself, who will attend the Saturday night banquet. Guests are $172 each and will be issued a guest badge and dinner ticket for boarding the bus. ALL persons attending the banquet must have a paid ticket, including children. Due to security requirements from Universal Studios, NO private cars will be allowed.
Registration Fee Payment

Online registration will close Oct. 31, 2025. After that date, on site registration will be accommodated at a higher registration fee of $786 for all attendees, regardless of student or employment status. After that date, banquet tickets will only be sold during on site registration if available, on a first-come, first serve basis, for $253.

Early Bird Discount
Registration on or before September 15th 2025 get an early bird discount of 20% off registration. Only applies to base registration fee, not guest fees.

USDREFUND POLICY: Registration fees will be refunded in full prior to October 1st, 2025. To cancel your registration, please email info@sbmedical.org. After October 1st, a 20% a late cancellation fee will be applied to your refund. First-time discounts will be verified against prior conference attendance records, and if incorrectly applied, the remaining balance must be paid.
