  • Terms and Conditions – One-Off Cleaning Services
    Busselton Cleaning & Supply Co
    Effective: 20/06/2025

     

     

    1. Booking & Confirmation
    All one-off cleaning services must be booked in advance. Bookings are not confirmed until the required deposit is received and a written confirmation is sent via email or SMS.

    2. Payment Terms (One-Off Cleans)
    Full payment is required before the scheduled clean, as stated in your quote. All prices are in AUD and may include GST if applicable.

    3. Payment Terms (Subscription Cleans)
    For recurring services (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly), payment is automatically deducted in advance on the last day of each month. This secures your scheduled cleans for the upcoming month. If you begin mid-month, a pro-rata payment will be calculated. Cleans will not proceed without payment.

    You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged.

    4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    One-Off Cleans
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost to cover allocated time and resources.

    Subscription Cleans
    You may reschedule a subscription clean by giving at least 24 hours' notice, and we will do our best to find an alternative time within that billing month. To cancel or pause your subscription, 48 hours' notice prior to your next billing date is required to avoid future charges.

    5. Access to Property
    Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time. If a key is required, clear instructions must be provided in advance. Key collection or return may incur a small travel fee.

    If access is delayed by more than 15 minutes, the service may be cancelled or rescheduled, and a call-out fee may apply.

    6. Scope of Service
    Services will follow the agreed checklist or scope as quoted. Extra work requested on the day (e.g., additional rooms, stain treatment, window tracks) may incur additional charges and will only be completed if time permits.

    We do not move heavy furniture, clean external areas, or handle hazardous waste unless pre-arranged. Please secure personal belongings and breakables before we arrive.

    7. Service Limitations
    Full oven cleaning is not included unless pre-approved and the oven is in reasonable condition.
    We do not offer external window cleaning.
    Internal window cleaning may be available at an additional cost.
    Bed making can be arranged if time allows and should be requested in advance.


    8. Unsafe or Unsuitable Conditions
    We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unhygienic, or hazardous (e.g., excessive hoarding, pest infestations, faecal matter, mould, biohazards). In such cases, your deposit will be retained to cover allocated time and resources.

    9. Parking, Surcharges & Travel
    Additional charges may apply for cleans on public holidays, after-hours, or in remote areas (quoted in advance).
    Waiting time due to access issues (e.g., locked property) may incur a flat call-out fee.


    10. Photos & Records
    With your consent, before-and-after photos may be taken for quality control, insurance, and records. These are securely stored. We may use select photos for marketing (e.g., social media) only with your separate written consent and no identifying details.

    11. Damage & Liability
    While we take great care, we are not liable for:

    Pre-existing damage or general wear and tear
    Fragile or unsecured items not removed before cleaning
    Accidents caused by faulty surfaces, fixtures, or wiring
    Reactions to cleaning products on sensitive surfaces unless disclosed in advance
    Any damage claims must be made within 24 hours of the clean. We will assess and respond at our discretion.

    12. Delays or Late Arrival
    We strive to arrive on time but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. We will contact you as soon as possible in such cases.

    13. Satisfaction Guarantee
    If you are unhappy with the clean, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess and, if appropriate, offer a free re-clean of the missed areas. Complaints received after this timeframe may be handled at our discretion.

    14. Pricing
    Base prices are set according to house size, but final quotes may vary depending on the condition of the property and specific cleaning requirements.

     15. Agreement
    By making a booking and paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These may be updated from time to time and will always be available on our website.

  • Parties to the Agreement
    This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

    Service Provider: Busselton Cleaning & Supply Co (“we”, “us”, “our”)
    Client: The individual or entity who completes and submits the booking form or receives and confirms a quote (“you”, “your”)

    Service Description
    We agree to provide cleaning services at the property, date, and time specified in your confirmed booking form or accepted quote.
    The scope of service will be based on the selected cleaning package (e.g., subscription, standard, or deep clean), along with any additional services requested and agreed upon in advance. 

    Pricing is based on standard rates according to property size. However, final charges may be adjusted to reflect the condition of the property and any additional time, labour, or specialised services required beyond the base scope.


    Acceptance of Agreement & Terms
    By signing this Agreement, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, which form part of this Agreement.
