PLACING YOUR DONATION AMOUNT TO BOOK YOUR RIDE:

Donation must be $25 for up to 3 people (with or without luggage) or $55 for up to 6 people (with or without luggage). Including a tip would be greatly appreciated. If you do tip simply include it in the amount in the donation box below.

Please Note: We are happy to offer affordable airport rides for a set flat rate within a 25 mile radius. If your destination is over 25 miles then you must include an additional $3 to the donation portion for each additional mile up to 40 miles and an additional $5 per mile up to 50 miles. Not doing this will result in immediate cancellation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND FAQS

AIRPORT PICK-UP'S ONLY - Please note all airport pick-ups will be done curbside pickup area at the lower level of Terminal A at San Antonio International Airport. When placing the pick-up time above please ensure it includes the time you've collected your luggage to avoid any delays in pick-up due to the busyness of the arrivals area. They will not not allow our service to park or wait for you in the pick-up zones so please include an additional few minutes on your pick-up time as a precaution.

What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled? If your flight has been delayed or canceled please email: anitadriveme@yahoo.com or text: 210-845-8343 with the updated information. We cannot promise availability for any delayed or canceled flights. A delayed or canceled flight without any way to reschedule due to unavailability will result in a refund of only %50 of the amount donated as a courtesy for the unforseen delay and/or cancelleation. 

Cancellation or No Shows - There are no donation refunds on cancellations made after confirmation of reservation is complete. If you need to cancel you can email: anitadriveme@yahoo.com or follow the link provided to you when you made the reservation via confirmation email sent or you can send an ASAP Cancellation text to: 210-845-8343. If you are a no show once a car as arrived at your pick-up location and waiting the grace period of 5 minutes after expected pick up time the reservation will be considered a no show and no donation refund will be made. This is to ensure an uninterrupted schedule for other pick-up and/or drop-offs also requiring our service. 

What if my trip is over 25 miles? We are pleased to offer affordable airport rides for a set flat rate within a 25 mile radius. If your destination is over 25 miles then you must add a $3 charge for each additional mile up to 40 miles and an additional $5 per mile up to 50 miles. To ensure the accuracy of the amount of your donation to book our service you must factor any additional overage of miles in the additional flat rate. For instance if you know you are traveling 28 miles for a group of 3 people instead of donating $25 for your trip you will donate $34. Another example would be if you are traveling 30 miles with a group of 5 people instead of donating the flate rate of $55 you will donate: $70. To avoid any delay or cancellation from our end be sure to place the correct amount in the donate link. If you are unsure about the mileage of your trip to or from the airport simply use Google map link provided here: Google Map to or from San Antonio International Airport. This must be done before booking our service. 

Will I get charged more if we are stuck in traffic or unexpected road delays cause extra time on the road? No. You simply will be afforded the flat amount agreed upon along with any additional over per mile charge and any tips you may include.

U.S. TERMS OF USE

1. Services & Donations

Service Provider: Anita Drive Me, in association with EMOAF Church P.O. Box 218, Schertz, Texas 78254; email: anitadriveme@yahoo.com.

Nature of Service: Independent private car service to and from San Antonio International Airport, provided as a means of ministry.

Payment: Services are offered on a donation basis; passengers are not charged but encouraged to make a voluntary donation in support of the faith-based ministry.

2. Arbitration

Binding Arbitration

Any claim or dispute arising from or relating to this agreement or the services, including breach, discrimination, or refusal to perform, shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and/or Texas Arbitration Act.

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or National Arbitration & Mediation (NAM), under their then-current commercial rules Law Insider Spellbook National Arbitration and Mediation National Arbitration and Mediation. The arbitration shall take place in Bexar County, Texas.
A single arbitrator, experienced in service‑transportation disputes, shall be appointed by mutual agreement or, failing that within 30 days, by AAA/NAM Spellbook National Arbitration and Mediation. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Costs & Fees: Each party shall bear its own attorney’s fees and arbitration filing fees, unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.

Severability: If any part of this arbitration clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” By using this service, you acknowledge that it is primarily a ministry initiative, not a commercial enterprise.

No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding timeliness, uninterrupted travel, or suitability for a particular purpose.

No Implied Warranties: All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent governed by Texas law, Anita Drive Me, EMOAF Church, and their personnel (driver, volunteers, affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of time, profits, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.

Liability Cap: The total aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount of donations paid for the specific trip(s) giving rise to the claim.
Exclusions: This limitation excludes gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or as otherwise prohibited by law.

5. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted under Texas law—including applicable indemnity statutes and case law Hendershot Cowart P.C.Cokinos | Young—you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anita Drive Me, EMOAF Church, and each of their directors, officers, agents, volunteers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the service;
• Your violation of this agreement;
• Any acts or omissions by you or your guests.
• Negligence: This indemnity expressly excludes liability arising solely from the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Anita Drive Me services.
  
  6. Governing Law & Venue
  This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any proceedings (arbitration award enforcement, etc.) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
  
  7. Miscellaneous
  Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the full agreement between the parties regarding these terms; any prior or other agreements are superseded.
  Modification: Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
  Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full effect.
  
  8. Acknowledgment
  By using Anita Drive Me services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Services, Arbitration, Disclaimer, Limitations, and Indemnity terms.
