ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND FAQS

AIRPORT PICK-UP'S ONLY - Please note all airport pick-ups will be done curbside pickup area at the lower level of Terminal A at San Antonio International Airport. When placing the pick-up time above please ensure it includes the time you've collected your luggage to avoid any delays in pick-up due to the busyness of the arrivals area. They will not not allow our service to park or wait for you in the pick-up zones so please include an additional few minutes on your pick-up time as a precaution.

What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled? If your flight has been delayed or canceled please email: anitadriveme@yahoo.com or text: 210-845-8343 with the updated information. We cannot promise availability for any delayed or canceled flights. A delayed or canceled flight without any way to reschedule due to unavailability will result in a refund %50 of the amount paid as a courtesy for the unforseen delay and/or cancelleation. 

Cancellation or No Shows - There are no refunds on cancellations made after confirmation of reservation is complete. If you need to cancel you can email: anitadriveme@yahoo.com or follow the link provided to you when you made the reservation via confirmation email sent or you can send an ASAP Cancellation text to: 210-845-8343. If you are a no show once a car as arrived at your pick-up location and waiting the grace period of 5 minutes after expected pick up time the reservation will be considered a no show and no refund will be given. This is to ensure an uninterrupted schedule for other pick-up and/or drop-offs also requiring our service. 

Will I get charged more if we are stuck in traffic or unexpected road delays cause extra time on the road? No. You simply will be afforded the flat amount agreed upon along with any additional over per mile charge and any tips you may include.
