I confirm that I’ve shared any important medical or nail history. I understand that nail services may involve filing, cutting, and the use of products that can cause temporary sensitivity or allergic reactions.

My nail tech will follow proper sanitation and safety procedures, but I understand results may vary depending on my natural nails and aftercare. I accept full responsibility for aftercare and will contact my tech if I experience any irritation, reaction, or signs of infection.

 
I give permission for the requested services and allow my tech to use photos or videos of my nails for portfolio or social media, unless I say otherwise.

 

 I understand that a travel fee may apply depending on my location. This will be discussed when booking and must be paid along with the service total.

I agree to give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit to rebook.

 

A 50% deposit is required to secure my appointment, and I understand it is non-refundable if I cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show.
