I confirm that I’ve shared any important medical or nail history. I understand that nail services may involve filing, cutting, and the use of products that can cause temporary sensitivity or allergic reactions.

My nail tech will follow proper sanitation and safety procedures, but I understand results may vary depending on my natural nails and aftercare. I accept full responsibility for aftercare and will contact my tech if I experience any irritation, reaction, or signs of infection.

I agree to come to my appointment without any existing products on my nails unless I've booked a removal or made nailswithmiley aware.

I give permission for the requested services and allow nailswithmiley to use photos or videos of my nails for portfolio or social media, unless I say otherwise.

I understand that there is a 10 minute grace period, any time after that will result in service being shortened or rescheduled.

I agree to give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit to rebook.

A $10 deposit is required to secure my appointment, and I understand it is non-refundable if I cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show.
