  • A site visit is suggested to verify your needs. (we have some sloped areas). Please, also review the the AOG Map prior to your selections.

    Space 1 is reserved for Event Captain only, which requires maintaining the decoroum of the event, manging artist disputes (day of), manages signage. They also must notify the AOG Coordinator for approval first, and for any further details at juliebrooksclay@gmail.com. Captain's need to be ontime for the artists for setup.

    Note: Monies are non-refundable or transferable for artist cancellations. We do provide Inclement Weather Credits when it is announced by the Event coordinator, and/or communicated to the Exhibitors. (Information is covered in your Exhibitor Instructions.

    Obtaining credits requires exhibitor action. All Exhibitors should view a 5-10 -day forecast for the weather in Carlsbad, CA, in advance.

    Load‑in and load‑out times for the event as advertised. We must remain consistent with the published schedule.

    Saturday: Load‑in begins at 8:00am (thereabouts)  for an event running 9:00am–4:00pm.
    Sunday: Load‑in begins at 10:00am (thereabouts) for an event running 11:00am–4:00pm.
    **Early shutdwn for Sunday only, can occur at 3:00pm only. All others are at 4pm. Please remember that our advertising and promotions rely on a static, reliable timeline, and maintaining these hours ensures a smooth experience for both artists and visitors. Thank you for being considerate and helping us keep the event running fluidly.
