This 1-on-1 session is all about creating a supportive, informative space where I can share the real-life strategies, insights, and experiences that have shaped my own health, fitness, and personal journey. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward with encouragement and actionable tools. Before booking your consultation, please read through the following terms carefully. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, respect for both of our time, and a positive experience overall.

Everything shared during our consultation (and in any follow-up via video, text, email, or social media) is based solely on my personal experiences and opinions. This session is intended for informational and motivational purposes only. I do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or health advice. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your health, diet, fitness, supplements, or medications.

30-Minute Session: $30 and 60-Minute Session: $55. Payments are accepted via CashApp or Venmo. Instructions will be provided once your session is booked.

Because these sessions are highly personalized and time is set aside just for you, all payments are non-refundable.

I understand that things come up! You're allowed one reschedule per booked session if you give at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled time. To request a reschedule, please email me at vitalitymbw@gmail.com messages via social media will not be accepted. Missing your appointment without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the session with no reschedule option.
