I confirm that I’ve shared any important medical or hair history, including past color, chemical treatments, or allergies. I understand that hair services may involve the use of heat, chemicals, or products that could cause temporary sensitivity, breakage, or allergic reactions.

My stylist will follow all proper sanitation and safety procedures, but I understand results can vary depending on my hair’s current condition, previous treatments, and how I maintain it afterward. I take full responsibility for following any aftercare instructions and agree to reach out to my stylist if I experience any irritation or concerns.

I give permission for the requested hair services and allow my stylist to take and use photos or videos of my hair for portfolio or social media, unless I state otherwise.

I understand that a travel fee may apply based on my location. This fee will be shared when booking and must be paid along with the service.

I agree to give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or a required deposit to rebook.

 

A 50% deposit is required to secure my appointment, and I understand it is non-refundable if I cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show.
