  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor/service provider at the Christmystical Market: Winter Wonders. This holiday, yuletide, solstice themed Market will take place indoors at the Leo Boivin Community Centre Arena in Prescott.

    Many people are looking for unique gift ideas, gift certificates and decor around the holidays. Vendors are welcome to offer products, gift certificates and/or promote services! All vendors are welcome including unique creations, soaps, candles, jewelry, skin care products, crystals, artwork, tarot readings, mediums, energy healings, gift baskets, hand-made creations, woodwork, clothing & more!

    All proceeds from this event are reinvested directly into advertising and promotion, ensuring that vendors receive the visibility and support they deserve.

    • One 8X10 space is $100+hst. 
    • One 6' table and 2 chairs will be provided per space.
    • You may bring up to 2 additional tables as long as they fit within your space OR you may request up to 2 additonal tables at $15 each.
    • If you require additional space, you may purchase 2 spaces.
    • You provide your own table coverings, signage, etc.
    • There is no approval process. Payment in full & a signed registration form is required to reserve your space.
    • Spaces are non-refundable once payment is received so please ensure you can attend before registering. 
    • Payment methods accepted: Debit, Visa or Mastercard (no e-transfer accepted)
    • Should the event be cancelled for any reason beyond control, your payment will be transferred to a resheduled date.
    • Limited electrical outlets are available. Please request in your registration form.

    Each Chrismystical Market event is the result of meticulous care and countless hours of planning, organization and hard work. I handle everything from site visits, registration, vendor spotlights & emails, graphic design, promotional materials, advertising, website creation & upkeep, community outreach, signage, goodie bags and more. Every detail is thoughtfully prepared to create a memorable and successful experience. Your patience is appreciated.

    To promote your attendance at the event, please follow @Chrismysticalmarket on Facebook and Instagram. Event poster & information is posted on Facebook and Instagram. You will recieve an I'm a Vendor Graphic one week before the event. I'm a Vendor Graphics will be also attached to your Vendor Spotlight.

  • Please read this contract carefully. By signing this contract, you agree to the information listed below.

    • Vendor spaces are assigned. You will be directed to your space when you arrive to set up.
    • The arena is heated well but cools off quickly with the doors opening and people unloading their items. Please come prepared if it gets chilly.
    • Vendor spotlights will continue being released up until 1 week before the event. Spotlights will be released in the order registration is received. 
    • You will receive an email 1 week before the event with more information such as unloading and set up information.
    • Please arrive promptly to enable a smooth opening at 10:00am.
    • Set up begins at 8:30am. Please be fully set up 10 minutes before the show starts. It maintains a professional atmosphere if we are not setting up once the event has started.
    • You are responsible for your own items (including but not limited to) table coverings and personal signage.
    • You are responsible for the set up and tear down of your booth as well as removing your articles from the premises.
    • You will be asked to secure or remove any equipment deemed unsafe.
    • Please maintain your space for the entire event. We ask that you do not pack up early, otherwise you will not be invited to attend another show.
    • Please inform Christa at your earliest convenience if you will be running late.
    • The registration fee is required at time of registration. Your space is confirmed once payment is received. 
    • You will receive more information regarding the event and graphics & advertising will be sent to you by email closer to the event date.
    • Two people or businesses may not share a space to save fees. Employees may share their space with other team members. 
    • Please be respectful of your neighbours, keep your area clean and tidy and keep racks and tables within your space.
    • Spaces are non-refundable once payment is received.
    • Your space cannot be sold to another vendor without permission of the event organizer.
    • In the event of severely bad weather, the event will be rescheduled to a later date and your registration fee will be credited to a future event.
