Geo-Fence (Real Time) - Sizes: 320x50, 300x250 & 728x90 (must follow all the same rules as display). The restrictions for fences are: Any location where the audience is under the age of 13, police stations, military bases, strip clubs, churches, dispensaries. We can target medical facilities, but it will need to be a min of a 1-mile radius. We can still accomplish targeting these locations by using “anchor addresses” - The address of a nearby commercial property (preferably one with little foot traffic). We use this as an anchor and apply a small radius so that it covers the actual location we are targeting. Please advise Advertiser that in the reporting it will reflect the name of the anchor address.
Look Back Geo-Fence - Indicate the look back time frame or specific dates for the device ID pull. For outdoor events, provide an address to use for the general area. Also provide a screenshot for where the fence should be drawn.
Political - There are a number of state political advertising guidelines that vary by state. Be aware of state/local rules. In addition to the following guidelines, all political ads will be submitted from the partner (3rd Party) to the platform for approval prior to going live. BYM does not control the approval, or the timing of approval, from the platform. As a general rule, give at least 7-10 business days for approval. Facebook Guidelines - If the campaign or group currently has a Facebook Page, the following is required for BYM to run a campaign: The FB Page must have a designated Owner/Admin assigned to the Page. That Owner must have a domain-based email address that matches the Website URL. It cannot be a personal email or any other email that does not match the website. FB Page Admin must approve access request from our partner to proceed. If the campaign does not have a Facebook page and/or authorization to help them get set up to run political ads, BYM cannot set this up for them. Direct them to the following help article: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/208949576550051?id=288762101909005 Once completed and Facebook approves the page, BYM can begin our work once they approve access to that account to BYM (procedure listed above). Creative approvals are required by the platform (please follow the guidelines provided above). Campaigns will also require additional set-up steps on the fulfillment side. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for campaign set-up. Google Guidelines - The campaign must be Google verified for any Google-related products (Search, Display, Video). Completed documents are needed for that verification. BYM needs at least 3 business days to process the verification. BYM cannot target by zip codes for political ads. In general - Creative must not violate local campaign/election laws. Creative must include a disclosure showing what organization paid for the advertising campaign. Ads should not include negative, defamatory, or hyperbolic language. No aggressive or sensationalized rhetoric including any false or misleading information. Ads must not contain any content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or disparages an individual or group.
