  • OESROWS is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. OESROWS is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping prior to their adoption.

  • This questionnaire is designed to help OESROWS and yourself determine if a specific dog is the right one for you and your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. OESROWS reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!

    I understand that if I am approved to adopt, and an appropriate match has been found, I will need to pick up the OES in whatever state, or location the OES is being fostered in unless otherwise arranged.

    By clicking the submit button, I understand OESROWS will check my references including veterinary and personal.

    By clicking the submit button, I understand there is an adoption donation associated with adoption of a pet from OESROWS. I understand this donation will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another homeless pet.

    By clicking the submit button, I understand there is no "trial" period, and that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to return my pet back to OESROWS.

    By clicking the submit button, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless OESROWS against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed.
