    Thank you so much for your interest in bringing your group to The Twelves Pumpkin Patch—we’re thrilled to host students for a fun, educational, and hands-on farm experience!

    Please fill out the form below with your school or homeschool group information. We ask that you provide two preferred dates and times, and we’ll confirm availability with you as soon as possible.


    Field Trip Options:

    $6 per student – Includes general admission and a mini pumpkin to take home
    $10 per student – Includes general admission, a mini pumpkin, and a snack during the visit
    Teachers, chaperones, and bus drivers are free.


    Once we receive your form, we’ll be in touch to confirm your scheduled date. If you have any special requests or accommodations needed, feel free to let us know in the comments section—we’re happy to help make your visit as smooth and memorable as possible!

  • Please Note: We ask that you arrive at The Twelves 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. This will allow the necessary time for check-in and for the group line up process. This will ensure your tour is on time and that you do not miss out on any of your scheduled pumpkin patch tour activities.
     
  • We need your help please - Will you please notify parents and siblings of the following: PARENTS & SIBLINGS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY SEPERATELY AND ON THEIR OWN AT THE TWELVES ADMISSION GATE. The entry fee is $8 for parents and $5 for siblings. Please ask them to go immediately to the check out upon arrival to check in for the tour. Parents & Siblings will be entering the farm separate from the classroom of students. Please also tell them they will be reunited with their children before the first tour activity begins.

  •  What’s Next?
    Now that we’ve received your completed field trip request form, we will contact the Primary Contact listed on your submission. This person will be contacted via the phone number provided within approximately 3 business days.

    During that call, we’ll:

    Collect any missing information
    Confirm and finalize your requested tour date and time
    Review all other important details related to your visit
    📅 Please Note: Your requested date and time are pending until we speak with your Primary Contact and send a confirmation email.

    Once confirmed, we’ll email your Primary Contact with:

    Your official field trip confirmation
    A Field Trip Cost Estimate Form to share with your school bookkeeper for Purchase Order requests

    Feel free to forward our Field Trip Reservation Link to other teachers or coordinators who may be interested. We currently offer school tours for Pre-K through 2nd grade students.
