Miss Grand Forks & Miss Grand Forks’ Teen Competition - October 17, 2026
Eligibility for 2026 and beyond.

To become a local or state participant for the Competition Cycle 2027, you must meet the criteria of the Miss America or Miss America's Teen organization(s) in September 2026.

Miss America 18-28 – must be NO OLDER than 28 on September 30th, 2026, and no younger than 18 on September 1st, 2026.

Miss America’s Teen 14-18 – must be no YOUNGER than 14 by September 1st, 2026 and no older than 18 on September 30th, 2026.

For All Ages you must ALSO meet criteria as shown below:

- Be a United States citizen

- Be a female

- Single

- No legal dependents

- North Dakota resident for a minimum of 30 days. (Meet residency requirements for competing in your city or state)

If you are unsure if you should be competing as a Teen or as a Miss, please contact your local director or your state directors.

If I am awarded either the Miss HollyDazzle or Miss HollyDazzle’s Teen Title, I understand that I must make my very best effort to attend the HollyDazzle Festival of Lights Parade. *Date will be announced soon.
If crowned either a Miss or Teen title with the Miss Grand Forks organization I understand that I am expected to make my very best effort to attend a minimum of one appearance during my year of service.
If awarded a Miss or Teen title I understand that I am to sign a crown and case contract with the Miss Grand Forks organization.
I understand that in order to compete I must have Rebel Miss America active wear.

Upon submission, you will receive instructions on the next steps towards preparing for the Miss Grand Forks and Miss Grand Forks' Teen Local! ***Please allow for up to 48 hours for initial contact.

You will be asked to submit a headshot, fact sheet, community service initiative statement, and information about your talent presentation.

You will also recieve information on how to set up a fundraising link for the American Heart Association.

Local Director, Sarah Krogfoss, can answer any questions you may have in preparation for the local competition! We can't wait to meet you!
