This program is valued at $1,850 AUD ($1,300 USD). In order to be eligible for an entry into our program:

You must be an active, professional coach.

This could mean running your own coaching business, coaching in addition to your regular work, or currently in a coaching role as an employee within your company.

You must participate in the group sessions.

We know it is more likely you will complete and gain more benefit of this program when you partner with others who can offer accountability and support. We will create this as part of our commitment to the cohort.

You must commit to the program throughout its duration.

Once the program kicks off, we expect those who are participating to make this a priority so they can start and complete the program with the same cohort.

You must complete the feedback form at the end of the program.

Once the program ends, you will be asked to complete a feedback form and if you grant us permission we may also use this as a testimonial. This is where our opportunity to learn and grow lies, so we want to make the most of it.

Here’s what you can expect in terms of time commitment:

Completing the Self Discovery Course recordings within the period of 2 weeks (7 hour in total)
A total of four one-hour guided group sessions, two per week (4 hours)
One workshop on how to apply the Being Framework and Being Profile to your coaching (2 hours)
*A 1:1 personalised Being Profile debrief if you choose this option

The Certification Pathway will give you access to a 1:1 Being Profile debrief with an Accredited Practitioner and the option to request 16 hours of ICF CCEs for your credential renewal. By fulfilling the required completion conditions, you may receive a certificate for 9 hours of Core Competencies and 7 hours of Resource Development. This pathway has a total cost of $450 AUD.
