Early Bird Fee: $45 Adults | $30 for U16 - enter code EB2605 at checkout

Pricing from 1st Jan:

$50 Adults | $35 for U16.
All proceeds go to supporting lifesaving and search and rescue. 

Please complete your online registration form & payment and submit to enrol by 8.30am on the day of the event - Saturday 3rd January 2026.

EVENT SWIM SAFE CAP
Support the event by purchasing the highly visible Orokawa Event Swim Cap
$15 each

To provide a high safety standard, please indicate any medical conditions that could impact your ability to complete the swim. If there is no medical condition, please enter N/A.

Due to medical reasons, I require water transport to Orokawa Bay. 

Note: The Club has limited resources and ability to transport will be determined on surf conditions.

By completing & signing this entry form, I agree to:

1. Acknowledge that the organizing committee, officers, agents & members will not be responsible for any claims, proceedings & damage whatsoever & howsoever arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with my participation in this event.

2. Acknowledge that I am aware of the NZMS Doping Policy & will comply in all respects with it & with the Drugs Free Sport NZ requirements.

3. Acknowledge Waihi Beach Lifeguard Services Inc. collects this information & may be forwarded to their sponsors. I understand I have the right to request access to & correction of this information or to write to the organizers to request that my name is not passed on to any sponsors.

4. Parents/guardians must sign on behalf of all U16 participants.

5. Declare myself fit enough to swim 2 km in choppy ocean conditions.

6. I have declared all my medical conditions on this entry form.

7. Swim the official ocean swim course & attend the mandatory briefing session.

8. I agree that the entry fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Waihi Beach Lifeguard Services and no alternative date can be provided.

9. I agree that my response and entry form submission confirm these conditions.
