  • Session Details Form (SDF)

    The Session Details Form (SDF) is used to collect all information related to your 2025 Central Regional Meeting session, including the session title, description, format, run-of-show, and other important details to support effective planning and logistical execution. The form also outlines the audiovisual equipment and session supplies that will be available to speakers on the day of the event. An SDF is required for each session and must be completed by the Program Staff member responsible for booking the speaker and coordinating the session. All forms must be submitted to the Event Director by August 19, 2025.
