- Our club is ran by our members. In order to sustain our club over the years, members must be willing to serve on the board or other positions as needed.
WEBSITE, PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT & WAIVER Farmington Bath and Tennis Club (FBTC) occasionally uses photographs and video of members and member guests that attend our club, participate in our teams or related events on its website.
I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to the FBTC to photographs and/or video’s on its website that may contain photographs of participants. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the following: Farmington Bath and Tennis Club, All Employees or Board Members of FBTC. FBTC reserves the right to discontinue use of photos and/or video without notice. At any time, a member can request to have a photo removed from the website by contacting FBTC directly.
