Event Booking & Deposit Terms.

Thank you for your interest in renting the Tees Golf LLC Mobile Golf Simulator.

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your booking request:

1. Deposit Requirement:

A $100 deposit is required to secure your event date and time slot. This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice in order to confirm the reservation.

2. Final Payment:

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Failure to complete payment may result in event cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

3. Rescheduling / Cancellation:

Events may be rescheduled once if notice is given at least 72 hours prior to the event date.

Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit (or may be rescheduled at Tees Golf LLC’s discretion).

4. Weather Clause:

Tees Golf LLC reserves the right to postpone or reschedule due to unsafe weather or site conditions.

5. Setup Requirements:

Minimum space required: 20 ft × 20 ft, flat and accessible.

Power source must be available unless otherwise arranged.

Client is responsible for ensuring site readiness and safe conditions for setup and gameplay.

6. Equipment Responsibility:

Client assumes responsibility for any damage to simulator or accessories caused by misuse or negligence.

7. Confirmation:

Checking the box below constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

I have read, understood, and agree to the Booking & Deposit Terms set forth by Tees Golf LLC.

Event Participation Waiver & Release of Liability

By signing below, I acknowledge that participation in or attendance at a Tees Golf LLC Mobile Golf Simulator event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, trips, impacts with equipment, errant golf shots, or other unforeseen hazards.

I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and all participating members, guests, and attendees associated with my event.

I further agree and understand that:

1. Release of Liability:

I, and all participants and guests under my responsibility, hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Tees Golf LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or connected in any way to injury, illness, or property damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.

2. Assumption of Risk:

I fully understand the nature of golf and simulator activities and accept full responsibility for myself, my guests, and anyone participating under my supervision. Each participant assumes all risk of injury or damage arising from participation.

3. Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and defend Tees Golf LLC against any claims or liabilities brought by event guests, spectators, or third parties related to participation in the event or use of simulator equipment.

4. Equipment Use:

I agree that all participants will follow attendant instructions, use equipment responsibly, and refrain from reckless or unsafe behavior.

5. Medical Condition:

I confirm that all participants are in adequate physical condition to engage in simulator or golf-related activities.

6. Property Damage:

I accept responsibility for any intentional or negligent damage to Tees Golf LLC property or equipment caused by myself or my guests.

7. Media Consent (Optional):

I grant permission for Tees Golf LLC to use photos or videos captured during the event for marketing or promotional use, unless revoked in writing before the event.

8. Acknowledgment:

By signing below, I confirm I have read and understood this waiver and agree that it applies to me, my guests, and all participating members at this event.
