PRIDEFEST FAIRDAY 2025
Date: Sunday, 23 November
Time: 10am - 6pm
Venue: Supreme Court Gardens
This is an application to participate as a stallholder at Pridefest Fairday. All applicants need to demonstrate their alignment and/or contribution to the LGBTQIA+ community as part of the application process. Pride WA will review applications and confirm participation prior to final confirmation by 21 September. Applications that are not accepted will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Note for Food Vendors: This application is for community and market stalls ONLY. Food Vendors wishing to participate at Pridefest 2025 will need to complete a separate Food Vendor Application: https://form.jotform.com/252091117681858
PRIDEFEST FAIRDAY 2025 APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1: 1 August - Fairday applications open.
Step 2: 14 September - Fairday applications close
Step 3: 21 September - Applicants will be informed if their application has been accepted.
Step 4: 21 September - A second form will be made available for successful Fairday applicants that will require formal acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (see information below).
Step 5: Mark your diary - Tuesday, 11 November, 6pm (online): Optional, online event briefing for Fairday. This is not mandatory, but is an opportunity for anyone who would like to attend an event briefing, and ask any questions that you may have.
