  • Welcome to the Festival of Lights! 

    • All food vendors are required to provide their own power. We will NOT provide electricity access or generators. 
    • All inspections must be up-to-date and you must be permitted in Guilford County. 
    • To complete this form, you will be required to submit a $300 non-refundable fee. 
    • By submitting an application, you are indicating that you understand that all fees are non-refundable.
    • Forms and all required documentation must be submitted by October 31, 2025.
    • Those chosen will be notified by November 1.
