- Must be installed in the service area of a Focus on Energy participating utility(s).
- Residential or business (some exceptions apply).
- Replacement/Retrofit or New Construction.
- Equipment must be listed on the Qualified Products List (QPL) or have an AHRI certificate reflecting rated efficiencies that meet program guidelines to be eligible.

- Type of system this is controlling - Equipment type the stat is connected to. Stat rebates must have a complete rebate entry of their own.

Available in the qualified products list (QPL). Claims without an AHRI# may take longer to process.
Number of systems installed*
HEAT PUMP Systems - Should be listed as one install, but you must complete a claim form for the heat pump and a separate claim form for the furnace. If you installed two furnaces with different model numbers, you need to make two separate claims. Only enter anything over one for multiple units of the EXACT same model number. MINI-SPLIT Systems = 1 and is determined by the number of OUTDOOR units, not the number of heads.
