River Oak Church Waiver & Release

RIVER OAK CHURCH WAIVER & RELEASE:

I enter into this River Oak Church (ROC) Waiver & Release (Release) for the privilege and in consideration of the ability to use the ROC property and/or premises located at 255 Great Bridge Blvd., Chesapeake, VA 23320.

Waiver and release of all claims (including negligence):
The undersigned hereby acknowledges and agrees that his/her use of ROC's property and/or premises involves/may involve risks of injury to persons and/or property, and he/she assumes full responsibility for such risks. In consideration for being permitted to use ROC's property and/or premises the undersigned agrees to the following: He/she hereby releases and holds ROC, its officers, employees, volunteers and agents harmless from all liability to the undersigned and his/her personal representatives, assigned, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damage and forever gives up any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the undersigned person or property, including injury leading to the death of the undersigned caused by active or passive negligence of ROC or its employees or volunteers or otherwise to the fullest extent of Virginia law while the undersigned is in, upon, or about ROC's premises or property. The undersigned represents that he/she: Is in good physical condition and has no condition that could prevent him/her from participating without injury or impairment of health. The undersigned further expressly agrees that this ROC Waiver & Release is intended to be used as broadly and inclusively as is permitted by Viginia law and that if any portion is invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full force and effect. The undersigned has read this ROC waiver of liability and indemnity clause, and agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducement apart from the foregoing written Release have been made. The undersigned understands and voluntarily agrees to the terms of this Release.

By acknowledging and signing below, I am delivering an electronic signature that will have the same effect as an original manual paper signature. The electronic signature will be equally as binding as an original manual paper signature. I have fully read this agreement and understand its terms. I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily and I acknowledge that my signature constitutes a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent of the law.
