Animals in Foster Care are to be placed only by an authorized Misfitz and Pits representative .

Foster homes are responsible and liable for the actions of foster animals while in their care.

If unable to continue fostering for any reason, the foster agrees to keep said animal until another home can be found or until the animal can be safely placed into another home. 

We require 14 days notice of decision to remove said animal from your home

If the foster plans on moving their physical address, we require 48 hours notice of new address

Foster is to not intentionally breed said animal, and prevent any "accidental" breeding while in their care. A sterilization appointment will be set up if not already altered

Misfitz and Pits will provide all necessary medical expenses for all foster animals, providing that the animals were brought to an approved vet and the visit was previously approved by a Misfitz and Pits representative 

 

I am aware that by signing this application, I agree to provide what is needed for the health and safety of the animal in my care for Misfitz and Pits.

I further agree to assume all responsibility for the foster animal(s) in my care while on or off premises. I also agree to assume all liability for the animal while I foster it for Misfitz and Pits.

I fully understand and agree to assume all risks involved in any duties that I perform for Misfitz and Pits in my volunteer/foster capacity.

I agree to hold Misfitz and Pits Rescue harmless for any injury(s) that I might sustain during the course of my volunteer/foster duties

This waiver does include myself, all of my family members and descendants forever from seeking any legal action whatsoever against Misfitz and Pits Rescue and any of its representatives.
