2025 KING OF SOUL™ FESTIVAL
SPONSOR AGREEMENT

Proceeds from the 2025 King of Soul™ Festival, presented by the Otis Redding Foundation, benefit the Otis Redding Center for the Arts. The Otis Redding Foundation, Tax ID #58-2435617, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
