  • Outboard Winterization

    Regular maintenance on your engine is critical. Annual service makes your engine more reliable and will extend the life of your engine. Our factory-certified technicians will :

    • Change the lower unit oil
    • Replace the fuel filter (if necessary)
    • Add fuel stabilizer.

    Beginning this year, our standard winterization service now also includes :

    • Replacing lower unit drain plug gaskets
    • Removing the prop and greasing the prop shaft
    • Visually inspecting the prop seal and lower unit housing
    • Greasing all external fittings.

  • Inboard and I/O Winterization and Oil Changes

    Regular maintenance on your engine is critical. Annual service makes your engine more reliable and will extend the life of your engine.

    Economy Winterization - $185

    • Winterize cooling system with non-toxic antifreeze

    Standard Winterization - $440

    Deluxe Winterization - $655

    • Inspect and lube u-joints, engine coupler, and gimbal bearings
    • Check engine alignment
    • Remove, inspect and re-install drive unit with new gasket (if required)
    • Inspect engine hoses, boots, bellows and power train hydraulic hoses
    • Lube poser steering actuator valve
    • Remove and inspect prop, lube prop shaft

  • Please note: We no longer offer hull cleanings for fiberglass boats or aluminum fishing boats.

  • Tube Cleaning

    We use a high-pressure power washer to remove algae and build-up from tubes and hulls.

  • Please note: we no longer offer full center-tube cleanings for tritoons. All center-tubes on tritoons will have the front and rear cleaned, but the middle will not.

  • Boat Detailing

    Deck Cleaning - $210

    Furniture Mildew Removal - $250

    • Remove (if possible) mildew from furniture only

    Super Clean - $400

    • Power wash deck
    • Thorough wipe down of furniture with vinyl cleaner
    • Hand scrubbing of interior fencing and furniture
    • Removing all items from compartments and cleaning
    • Remove mildew and stains (if possible)
    • Application of 303 Vinyl Protectant

    *Boat detailing is most effective in spring to ensure your boat looks the best when it goes back in the water. If your boat is stored with us, we will detail it in the spring unless otherwise noted.

  • Boat Detailing

  • Please note: all personal items must be removed from the boat prior to cleaning. Charles Mill Marina is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items during boat detailing and cleaning.

  • Shrinkwrap

    Shrinkwrap is a cost-effective alternative to inside storage. It wraps tightly around your boat and protects your boat from UV rays and Ohio’s harsh winter weather. Our team will wrap the boat in the fall, and if the boat is stored in our storage lots, will remove the wrap in the spring.

    We leave your engine on your boat and shrinkwrap over it. We do ask that you remove the battery and if possible, your gas tank.

  • Boat Storage

    Boat Storage Available at Charles Mill Marina and Pleasant Hill Marina. Storage begins September 9 and ends May 15.

  • Pleasant Hill Houseboat Pullout will be on Friday, October 16

  • Requested Date for Boat Pullout & Storage (last docking date is October 31 for Charles Mill). Any haulings after November 1 will be charged an additional $75. We do not schedule pullouts on Sundays.
