Organizer Level — Descriptions:
Organizer (OR1) or Adult Organizer (AOR):
An organizer who is physically traveling on the trip and is earning credits.
- If there are multiple organizers in a group, any credits earned will first be applied to the organizers listed as #1, before any others.
- If a group has multiple organizers listed as #1, then all earned credits will be split equally between all Org# 1’s.
- If there are any remaining eligible credits (after the above), those will be applied to Org# 2, then Org# 3, etc.
Group Roster Acct. Org (RO1):
This applies to an organizer who is responsible for more than one (1) trip/destination.
- Although they are only traveling on one (1) of the trips, they still need online Group Roster access and to earn credits for the additional trip they are overseeing.
- REMINDERS:
- "Roster Accounts" will NOT be created for adult/parent groups. It is the Event Coordinator’s responsibility to provide those Group Roster(s) directly to the organizer.
- Organizers will only earn credits from an adult/parent group/trip if that trip is going to the same destination as the one they are traveling to. If the adult/parent trip is to a different destination, those sales will not be counted toward the organizer’s earned trip credits.
- This policy ensures that credit is applied fairly and accurately based on the destination the organizer is actively managing.
Non-Traveling Org (NT1):
An organizer who is not physically traveling but is still earning credits for the group's trip.
