NATIONAL BETA is the largest independent, non-profit, educational youth organization in America. Committed to recognizing high academic achievement, and rewarding and nurturing worthy character, National Beta fosters leadership skills and encourages service to others. Founded in 1934 by John W. Harris, Ed., National Beta has worked with nearly seven million students in grades 4-5 (Elementary Division), 6-8 (Junior Division), and grades 9-12 (Senior Division). There are now more than 500,000 active members and more than 8,750 clubs nationally and internationally.
As a student-centered organization, National Beta seeks ways to develop and nurture students by providing opportunities and experiences that demonstrate the ideals of achievement, character, leadership, and service.

National Beta has three divisions:
• Elementary: Grades 4-5
• Junior: Grades 6-8
• Senior: Grades 9-12

INVESTMENT:
Joining this club requires an investment of $65 per student for membership club dues: $16 (Elementary) and $24 (Junior) goes to the National Beta Club (you will receive a Beta Club pin and certificate); $18 will be used for the club T-Shirt; and the remaining will be used for club expenses. If you are a returning Beta Club member and will NOT go to a new division, subtract the fee sent to the National Beta Club from your membership dues.
In addition to the National Beta Club, Global Leadership Academy will offer membership in Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) for homeschooled students in 6th-8th grade. The membership fee is an additional $16 for national and Georgia student fees. https://www.fbla.org/about-fbla-pbl/
