COMPETITION PROCEDURES AND RULES
• The Competition is coordinated ONLINE.
• The competition is open to all BOYS 13 YEARS AND OLDER.
• There is NO ENTRY FEE charged, and the Contestant may only enter in one AREA.
• WhatsApp is the only SOCIAL PLATFORM which will be used.
• To enter the CONTESTANT must WhatsApp ONE FACE and ONE FULL LENGTH PHOTO to a FIGURES
MODEL FINESSE FRANCHISE, in the AREA CLOSEST to where the Contestant resides.
• The PHOTOS must be a NORMAL JPEG CELL PHONE STANDARD PHOTO
These PHOTOS may be reproduced according to the SOLE DISCRETION of the Organizers of the
competition.
• SELECTION OF WINNERS.
NO correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.
o AREA TOP TEN’S - TEN PHOTOS selected according to the DISCRETION of the ORGANIZERS will be
sent to the FIGURES HEAD OFFICE.
o From all the AREA TOP TEN’S, TWENTY FINALISTS will be selected, and the WINNER will be
announced 31 JULY 2025.
o A R 300 CONTRIBUTION must be paid by the selected TOP TEN in each AREA to be considered
for the PROJECT AIM 4 DAY MSC CRUISE in MARCH 2026. This PRIZE includes ALL COSTS to
participate in the PROJECT AIM MSC CRUISE, meet and perform for INVITED INTERNATIONAL
SCOUTING AGENTS. (T’S and C’S APPLY)
This prize may not be redeemed for cash and is not transferable in any way whatsoever.
• INDEMNITY – The ORGANIZERS and or their ASSOCIATES are indemnified from any
claim of whatever nature arising from this competition directly or indirectly.
• TERMS AND CONDITIONS – By entering this competition the ENTRANT / LEGAL
GUARDING accept ALL these CONDITIONS and ANY OTHER AGREEMENTS as deemed
necessary by the SOLE DISCRETION of the ORGANIZERS which are incorporated.

This competition complies to the POPI ACT and the CONTESTANT/GUARDIAN WAS MADE AWARE THAT
THEY MAY POP OUT (PHOTOS MAY NOT BE USED FOR EDITORIAL PURPOSES) OR POP IN (PHOTOS
MAY BE USED FOR EDITORIAL PURPOSES)
I the CONTESTANT /LEGAL GUARDIAN hereby accept and GIVE FULL CONSENT TO MY
CHILD to participate in the FIGURES FACE OF THE YEAR and accept ALL the
CONDITIONS/RULES of the said competition.
