ELFIT Community Exclusive Benefit:

Daily free shuttle service from the hotel to the venue and back during the event (19-22 November).

Booking Process:
Limited Rooms are available at our hotel and Rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, Make sure you book your stay with us to guarantee your extra special benefits, please follow the below process:
1. Fill out the booking request form.
2. Our hospitality team will contact you within 2-4 days with the total stay cost and payment link.
3. Your booking is not confirmed until you finish your payment.
Cancellation Policy:
- Should you choose to cancel prior to November 1, 2025, you'll be eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel on and after November 1, 2025, one night will be charged.
- Any cancellation, for any and all reasons, on or after November 7, 2025, will NOT be eligible for any refund.
Refund Process:
- Refund duration takes 3-6 weeks after the event.
- Any transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount
