TRAVEL AGREEMENT

April 11-17, 2026

September 12-18, 2026

1. A $1000 per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your spot on the trip.
2. This TRAVEL AGREEMENT (Contract) must be signed and returned within 5 days of deposit to maintain your reservation.
3. Each person traveling must complete a separate form.

DISCOUNTS

• PAY IN FULL DISCOUNT--(Cash, Check, EFT, Zelle Only)-- $100
• CLUB MEMBER DISCOUNT-- $50

1. Club members receive an additional $50.00 discount! Your club membership must be current up until departure date to receive discount.
2. Any cancellation less than 120 days out will result in a 100% penalty-no refund.
3. If you cancel, we will do our best to find someone to fill your spot, but if we have any unfilled spots on the trip, we will fill those spots before finding your replacement.
4. Diver Requirements: 
   • Each diver must have been COLD WATER diving within the last 60 days
   • Have an Advanced Diver or higher dive certification
   • Have a minimum of 100 logged dives (50 of which must be COLD WATER/DRYSUIT dives)
   • Be Nitrox Certified--NITROX IS INCLUDED
5. Dive Accident Insurance is REQUIRED.  We highly recommend travel insurance.
6. You will need all dive equipment which  includes:  BC, Regulator with Safe Second, Dive Computer, Surface Marker Buoy and whistle. We highly recommend a Dive Alert and Nautilus Lifeline.  You will only need to bring 1 tank. Tanks are filled on the boat between dives.
7. Fuel surcharges are now in constant fluctuation and will be applied on top of the total package price if there are changes. 
8. Prices and dates are subject to change.
9. Weather can be unpredictable and sometimes it is unsafe to travel to and from the resort due to its remote location.  There is no refund or credit for delays.  If we have to spend an extra day at the resort, an additional daily fee will be applied.  If we are delayed in Port Hardy, you are responsible for hotel and food costs.  We highly recommend travel insurance.
10. Passports, Enhanced Driver's License or Nexus Cards are required for travel across the border.
