Additional Guest Ticket Purchase Form

Below, please enter YOUR information, NOT the guests information. We need your information (ITS, Name, and Phone) to associate these extra tickets with your registration. Guest tickets are transferable so you do not have to specify the names of the guests for whom you are purchasing extra tickets.

How many additional guest tickets would you like to purchase?*
Specify additional persons, NOT including yourself, who will attend the Saturday night banquet. Guests are $172 each and will be issued a guest badge and dinner ticket for boarding the bus. ALL persons attending the banquet must have a paid ticket, including children. Due to security requirements from Universal Studios, NO private cars will be allowed.
