We are seeking owner input on whether to renew our earthquake insurance policy. This represents approximately $180 per quarter per unit. The proposed policy comes with a 25% deductible and no tsunami coverage. The premium is expected to rise by 13%, totaling roughly $24,000 for the year. Importantly, this renewal was not included in the 2025 budget.
