Deadline for Spring 2026 programs: March 15, 2026 - Applications submitted after this date are unlikely to be approved for the season.
Starfire Sports is dedicated to helping all interested youth participate in programs at our facility, regardless of their ability to pay. We offer financial assistance for Starfire youth programs, to the extent possible, to low-income youth and their families. To be considered for financial assistance at our facility, please fill out the application below.

For consideration, Starfire Sports requires that each applicant submit the following items:
- Completed confidential Application for individual Financial Assistance
- Copy of last year’s tax documentation (e.g. form 1040) or proof of enrollment in one of the programs listed in the diagram below. The documents provided will determine discount amount
We have a tiered system where different financial docs qualify for different levels of discount amounts.

Applications without all the required information will not be considered for financial assistance and we may ask for further details. If the application is approved, Starfire staff will guide you on steps for registering for the desired program(s) and making sure you have everything needed to begin. If the program is full or unavailable for the requested season, every effort will be made to find an available alternative program. No refunds or credits will be available if registration is paid for prior to financial assistance approval.
