Celebrate your little one’s special day at Discovery Village, Gig Harbor’s premier private birthday party venue! Our beautifully designed 2,000 sqft event space includes a whimsical 1,000 sqft indoor meadow play area—perfect for joyful, active play—alongside a dedicated kitchen for your convenience. Whether you're planning a simple gathering or a themed celebration, our space offers the ideal setting for a fun, safe, and memorable party experience.

Fee for 2 hours: $360+Tax Additional 30 minutes: $60

Reservation: Saturday & Sunday

Reservation: An advance payment of $150 + tax is required to reserve your party date. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of the event at our kiosk. Credit cards are accepted for all payments.

Please feel free to bring your decorations 15 minutes prior to the schedule time.

Rescheduling: Please send email to engage@discovery-village.com to reschedule in case of change of plans, new dates will be provided based on availability. Please inform atleast 1 week in advance.

Hosting Terms and Conditions

The Meadow Play Area is designed for children under 8 years old.
Children over 8 years are welcome to enter but must be gentle and mindful to avoid damaging the play structures and figurines
No food or drinks are allowed in the Meadow Play Area.
No hard toys are permitted in the Meadow Area to prevent damage to flooring or figurings, Soft toys are welcome.
Shoes must be removed before entering the Meadow Area.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Any incidents or injuries are the sole responsibility of the host or supervising adult.
Our staff will assist with table setup. Hosts are responsible for decorations using safe and feasible options such as balloons, banners, etc.
Classroom access is restricted during events. Please do not open or enter classroom doors.
Discovery Village reserves the right to deny service to anyone if it is determined that their presence or actions may pose a risk to the safety of occupants or damage the facility or infrastructure
