Community Rental Application
The Community Rental program at the Palmdale Playhouse is tailored specifically for local community-based groups involved in vocal, instrumental, dance, and theatrical arts. This initiative invites these groups to apply for the opportunity to utilize the professional venue for their performances and events.

Local community groups participating in the rental program are encouraged to showcase their talents and organizational abilities, highlighting their capacity to effectively promote their events and attract attendees. This program is designed to support grassroots organizations within the community, offering them a platform to present their artistic endeavors.

By renting the Palmdale Playhouse, these groups not only gain access to a high-quality venue but also contribute to the cultural enrichment of the local community. The program aims to empower and spotlight local talent, fostering a vibrant arts scene that celebrates and reflects the diversity and creativity of the community.

This is not a reservation guarantee. Reservations are not guaranteed until the renter receives written confirmation from the City of Palmdale Department of Parks and Recreation through an event permit and all conditions and terms of the rental agreement are met. Applicants must apply at least 180 days (~6 months) before the event date(s). Reservation requests are based on availability. Rental Applicants must not publicly announce use of our facility until signed rental permit has been received by the City.
PLEASE NOTE: Upon submitting this Palmdale Playhouse rental application, prospective renter has read and agrees to the attached Palmdale Playhouse rental agreement.
