CSG Training Sponsorship

We are excited to bring the nationally recognized Customer Service Gold Certification, developed by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, to Morrow County this fall. This impactful training provides frontline employees, managers, and teams with professional customer service skills that elevate guest experiences and build community pride. This certification helps strengthen our local workforce, enhance tourism, and promote hospitality excellence across Eastern Oregon.

Our goal is to make this certification accessible and affordable for our region. By offering sponsorship opportunities, we can lower participant ticket prices and increase access for small businesses, non-profits, and community partners. This training is brought to you by a collaboration between the Boardman Chamber of Commerce, Port of Morrow, and the National Restaurant Association.
