Record a 2-3 minute video of the parent interviewing the student.

Both the parent and child should be visible in the frame.

The video does not have to be a high-quality production but should rather focus on content.  Filming the video on a camera phone is sufficient. We are not looking for perfection.

Use the questions below for your interview:

      1. Tell us a little about yourself.

2 What do you know about the National Beta Club?

      3.  Why do you want to be in Beta Club?

      4. Who is your current hero or role model and why?

      5. If you had unlimited resources, how would you help your community?

      - Your video should be 2-3 minutes long.
      - Record your video horizontally
      - Upload to YouTube and provide the link below
      - Be sure your YouTube link is NOT "Private" but IS "Unlisted"
      - Applications submitted without a video will not be considered

**If you have issues uploading your video to YouTube, please contact gla.betaclub@gmail.com.
