BIKE HIRE AGREEMENT
1. Acknowledgement of Risk.

I understand that cycling involves inherent risks including injury, falls, accidents with vehicles or other cyclists, equipment failure, and environmental hazards. I accept full responsibility for my actions and personal safety during the hire period.
2. Equipment Condition & Use.

I acknowledge that:The bicycle was provided to me in good working condition.I will not misuse the bicycle or attempt any actions outside normal riding use. I will promptly report any issues or concerns to Pedal Power Garage.
3. Damage, Loss, or Theft.

I agree to: Return the bike in the same condition it was rented (excluding normal wear). Be financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the hire. I authorise Pedal Power Garage to charge my card or withhold my security deposit (if applicable) to cover repair or replacement costs. If bike is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair current retail price of bike or helmet will be charged to customer.
4. Helmets and Safety.

I understand that helmets are required to be worn when riding by law. Refusing to wear one is at my own risk. I agree to follow all local road rules and ride safely at all times.
5. Liability Waiver.

To the extent permitted by law, I release Pedal Power Garage, its staff, owners, and affiliates from liability for any injury, loss, or damage I may suffer while using the rental equipment. This waiver applies even if injury occurs due to negligence.
6. Agreement & Signature.

I am over 18 years old. I have read and understood this waiver and agree to the terms. I agree to be responsible for the hired equipment and will abide by the outlined conditions.
