Which style of classes do you like best?
Pilates
A six week yoga program (1.5 hours weekly) with lots of instruction so you understand how to accommodate your personal body shape and bone structure
Vinyasa Flow Yoga (moving in and out of poses with the breath)
Slow and Strong Yoga (increase flexibility while building strength by holding strong poses for time)
Chair Yoga (ideal if balance, strength or moving to the ground and back is challenging for you)
General Yoga (a mild class with both active and passive poses) - current class on Wednesdays at 4:30pm
Restorative Yoga (long held comfortable poses) - current class on Thursdays at 5:30pm
Yin Yoga (long held big stretches) - current class on Saturdays at 9am
