FORMAT:
Congress = 4 Rounds of 60+30 Standard games (3 sections)
Rapid = 4 rounds of 15+5 Rapid games (2 sections)
Blitz = 7 rounds of 3+2 games (Open only section)

Saturday 27th June: Congress, rounds 1 at 10.00, 2nd at 13.30, 3rd at 17.00
Sunday 28th June: Congress, round 4 at 10.00. Rapid at 13.30, Blitz at 17.30
