  • Who are we?

The Kurt Geiger Kindness Foundation is a stand-alone, non-profit organisation founded by fashion retailer, Kurt Geiger. Our mission is to build a more inclusive creative industry by providing young people with the support, skills and opportunities they need to overcome barriers and start their career.

70% of creative jobs aren’t advertised and only 16% of the industry are from working class backgrounds. This isn’t a coincidence and we are on a mission to change that.

What is the Creative Youth Board?

A collective of young change makers, working to make the creative industry more inclusive, representative and accessible to all.

We’re looking for passionate, creative and driven young people aged 18–25 from across the United Kingdom who care about creating fairer creative pathways for their generation and the next.
