Exhibitor Terms and Conditions -
1. SETUP & BREAKDOWN
- Saturday Setup: Begins at 7:00 AM; must be completed by 9:00 AM
- Sunday Setup: Begins at 9:00 AM; Must be completed by 10:00 AM
Optional Pre-setup:
- Fridays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
All loading and unloading must be done through the far-right entrance or designated back doors only. The main front entrance is no longer permitted for this purpose and will remain locked. Please do not block entryways or pathways.
Breakdown:
- Must vacate by 5:00 PM Saturdays and Sundays
- Early breakdown is prohibited without prior written approval from Management.
2. BOOTH & MARKET CONDITIONS
By participating, you understand and agree that:
- Booth spaces are in open areas without wall space or guaranteed power
- Power may be available for an added fee. If available, this must be arranged for and paid in advance.
- Booths will be placed directly adjacent to other exhibitors
- You may be placed next to secondhand sellers or others with similar products
- You are required to attend both Saturday and Sunday of the market
- Exhibitor must occupy booth during all scheduled hours (both Saturday and Sunday)
- Exhibitors must vacate by 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays
3. RULES & REGULATIONS
- Only legal, clean, and approved items may be sold
- No illegal, hazardous, or counterfeit goods
- Unauthorized products are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing by management
- Booths must remain clean and trash-free; Booths must be cleaned upon vacating
- Electrical cords must be secured safely
- No subletting or booth sharing without written permission by management
- Management has the right to inspect & approve merchandise at any time
- Professional behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the market.
4. EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Exhibitors must provide their own materials: tables, displays, lighting, chairs, decor, etc.
All items must remain within the booth’s designated taped boundaries.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy; however, connectivity and speed are not guaranteed. Service may be impacted by outages or other unforeseen issues. Exhibitors are responsible for securing their own reliable internet access if needed.
5. LICENSES & TAXES
Exhibitors are solely responsible for acquiring all necessary permits, licenses, and collecting/remitting applicable sales taxes. These shall be produced if asked for.
6. LIABILITY & INSURANCE WAIVER
Exhibitor participates at their own risk. PCB Market and Beachwalk Shopping Center assume no liability for loss, damage, theft, or injury. Exhibitor agrees to hold harmless the PCB Market, its management, staff, and venue.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PCB Market and the property owner from any claims arising out of participation in the event.
8. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION
Management reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove Exhibitor for violations of rules or unprofessional conduct without refund.
No refunds will be issued for any reason
9. MARKETING
The PCB Market will promote the event as a whole. Exhibitors are encouraged to promote themselves and not rely solely on Market advertising. The PCB Market will advertise the market at it’s own discretion.
10. NON-PAYMENT & ABANDONED PROPERTY
Unpaid booth spaces are considered abandoned
Items left will be removed, boxed, and stored at exhibitor's expense
Retrieval requires full payment of booth and storage costs
11. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments must be received by Tuesday at 2:00 PM before the market
Late sign-ups must pay immediately by credit card
Booths are not guaranteed until payment is received
