NOTICE: Receiving applications until 10/30/26. Only applicants registered before 10/30/26 will be included on event map.

Event Hours: 10 AM - 4 PM
Set-Up: 8 AM - 9:45 AM
Event Location: The Farm at Fairplex
*Event is outside, rain or shine.

Required Materials:

Liability Insurance- Please provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) of general liability insurance. Request a COI from your broker and have them note the verbiage below under the sections listed below.

Description of Operations:
The following are to be named additionally insured but only "insofar as the operations under this agreement are concerned": the City of Pomona, Fairplex, the County of Los Angeles, the Los County Fair Association and all owned or related entities, its officers, directors, employees, customers, distributors, suppliers, and agents."

Sellers Permit (VENDORS ONLY)- Please provide a current CA sellers permit.

Sellers Fee (VENDORS ONLY)- Vendors who are solely selling products will pay a flat $25 fee made out via check to Fairplex Learning & Development Center. Fee can be waived if vendor is providing a confirmed hands-on activity or demonstration for guests.

Booth Space

A 10x10 space with one table and two chairs will be provided.
Participant is responsible for a canopy/EZ up and table cover. This is an outside event.
Items will need to be carted from parking area.

Booth setup will begin at 8 AM.
Set-up must be complete by 9:45 AM.
