Are any of your children registered in second or tenth grade? These are sacramental preparation grades. Additional information will be given on the next page.

Registration Fee: $40 per child for the whole year! Family Cap of $120! Cash or Checks written out to SMHOC. Can be dropped off in labeled envelope in offertory basket or given to Kelli at Faith Formation.

Location of Program: St. Mary Help of Christians

Timeframe: 5:40 - 6:10 Meal, 6:15 - 7:45 pm programming

Important Dates:

September 24th: Family Faith Formation Night 1: All parents & kiddos! 5:40 pm meal and programming starts at 6:15 pm! Logistics, parent meeting, small group getting to know yous, safe environment training, wacky olympics and sacrament meeting.

October 8th: Family Faith Formation Night 2!!
