    * Must Bring Your Own Table and if Ez up if wanted

    * Spots available in arena and in pasture

    * 10 x 10 vendor spots $40 each

    10 x 20 vendor spots $50

    *Very limited spots with power available at $20 additional

    Set up must be completed before event begins- tear down to begin no sooner than 6 Pm

    Important Vendors Information

    Event begins at TIME on DATE, and ends at TIME on DATE selected. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by DATE, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, and will not be charged to participate in the event-BUT MUST still register for spacing/planning purposes

    If a business registers after you, but pays before you, they hold that spot
